Yoga Fit is a practical and accessible 10-week program for anyone who wants to feel physically stronger and mentally clearer. You don't need any yoga experience, just the desire to get moving, become healthier, and find more peace in your daily life.

In each session, you'll work with simple poses, mindful movement, and relaxation exercises. This way, you'll gradually build strength, flexibility, and balance. At the same time, you'll discover how breathing and mindfulness can help reduce stress and increase your energy.

Weekly new themes

Each week focuses on a new theme that will help you:

  • become more aware of your body,
  • release tension,
  • relax better,
  • and get your energy flowing again.

Learn new tools

You will learn tools that you can continue using at home:

  • yoga exercises and strucure of a yoga session,
  • relaxation methods,
  • concentration techniques.

What you learn on the mat translates into everyday life. You'll feel more flexible, sleep better, and gain more mental clarity. Your body will cooperate with you again, and you'll realize you can do more with less effort.


Yoga is more than just stretching, but if your body is tense, it makes sense to start there. Yoga Fit helps you understand and strengthen your body, so you can feel healthy, fit, and refreshed again. This program is your starting point for a fitter body and more mental peace.

Teachers



Evelien is a yogi and teaches at the Bamboehuis. Together with Herman, she guides yogis on the yoga path to self-realization during self-realization courses and yoga workshops at the Bamboehuis. She also provides energetic healings, writes yoga-related articles, and develops lessons for the Being a Yogi app and the Being a Yogi website.

For seven years, she followed the yoga path with her yoga master, Ajita. She completed the foundation, teacher training, and master training in Raja Yoga with him. Before that, she practiced Vipassana meditation for years, taught by Goenka.

Her desire for harmony and greater meaning in life brought her into contact with her own yoga master, Ajita. Initially, it wasn't her intention to teach when she began her own yoga development with him in 2009, but she experienced increasing stillness and a deep desire to realize herself and to share this profound development.

Her classes are full of energy and bring you love, light, silence and yogic knowledge.

You can attend the Yoga Fit Program for 175 euros.


You will receive:

  • 10 group lessons of 90 minutes in the Bamboehuis, spread over 10 weeks

  • Personal and professional guidance.

  • Tea at the end of the lesson :-)

  • Access to the free Sangha on Fridays, where you can use the Bamboehuis to practice your own meditation and yoga.
